Cons: There is no traditional bench at this gym (smith machine only), the radio station is always stuck on some horrible demotivating pop station (which gives a slight anti-social ora = everyone has headphones on), the TVs are very distracting, and there are no showers. I really wish they would consider constructing even 1 shower; as the lack of one greatly impacts a member's work/school/family schedule negatively.
Has all the machines and weights I need. Open 24-7,which is great. One drawback is no showers. This is because it is always open and only staffed a few hours a day
Quiet and never crowded
Grear staff. Good variety of equipment. Clean and run weĺl.
Pros: clean, plenty of lockers, never crowded, 24/7 access for members, and equipment downtime is almost non-existent - repairs are completed immidiately. Even when it's not staffed, there are emergency panic buttons on the walls.
Usually very quiet and the staff is very nice.
Pretty decent gym
The atmosphere here is (for the most part) people who actively care about exercising & lifting, I haven't come across the Planet Fit-less attitude here. Also, it's staffed only 2 or 3 periods throughout the day.
